Human Resource Internship Program

The Human Resource Internship Program at CDIPR is tailored for students pursuing courses in HR and Management. This program provides a comprehensive experience in HR practices, talent management and organizational development.

Eligibility:

Students from any academic discipline who are at least in their 2nd year of undergraduate or above are eligible to apply. However, students from Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on HR, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) with a specialization in HR and Diploma in Human Resource Management are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and conducting interviews
  • Participate in employee onboarding and training programs
  • Support HR functions such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to policy development
  • Help organize and manage HR-related events and workshops

Duration:

  • Flexible; interns can choose between a one-month or two-month program.

Mode of Internship:

  • Virtual; all communications will be conducted via email and WhatsApp.

Outreach Internship Program

The Outreach Internship Program is designed for Management students who want hands-on experience in conducting events, planning campaigns, and running outreach initiatives. This program offers practical experience in project management and event coordination.

Eligibility:

Students from any academic discipline who are at least in their 2nd year of undergraduate or above are eligible to apply. However, students from Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Management and Diploma in Event Management are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing events and outreach campaigns
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders and partners
  • Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies
  • Support in the creation of promotional materials and content
  • Engage with the community to promote CDIPR’s initiatives

  • Flexible; interns can choose between a one-month or two-month program.

Legal Research Internship Program

The Legal Research Internship Program is a dynamic opportunity designed to provide law students with hands-on experience in Intellectual Property Law research, analysis and writing. Engage with seasoned legal professionals and immerse yourself in the intricacies of legal research methodologies and techniques.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research projects on a diverse range of legal topics
  • Analyze pertinent case law and extract crucial insights
  • Contribute to ongoing IP Law research initiatives

Duration:

  • Flexible; interns can choose between a one-month or two-month program.

Eligibility:

  • Law students pursuing a 5-year B.A. LL.B./B.Com. LL.B./B.B.A. LL.B./B.Sc. LL.B. or 3-year LL.B. program under any Bar Council of India (BCI)-approved University or College.

Mode of Internship:

  • Virtual; all communications will be conducted via email and WhatsApp.
